Privacy Policy — Alert Beaver

Alert Beaver ("the app") is an alarm and reminder app for Android. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: your reminders never leave your device, and the app doesn't ask you to create an account.

Data the app collects

Reminders and alarms. Everything you create — reminder text, times, schedules — is stored only in a local database on your device. It is never uploaded to any server we operate, and we have no way to see it.

Subscription purchases. If you buy Alert Beaver Premium, the app sends your Google Play purchase token and the product ID to our verification server, which checks it against Google's Play Developer API to confirm your subscription is active. That check happens on demand — the server does not store the token or any purchase history; it has no database. Your purchase itself is handled and recorded by Google Play, subject to Google's privacy policy.

Advertising. Alert Beaver shows ads through Google AdMob. Every ad shown, for every user, is non-personalized — the app doesn't collect or transmit an advertising identifier, and ads aren't based on your behavior or interests. What we don't collect

• No account, sign-up, name, or email address is required to use the app.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are included.
• No reminder content, contacts, or personal files are ever transmitted.

Data retention

Reminder data lives on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Our verification server processes purchase tokens in memory only, for the duration of a single request, and retains nothing afterward.

Your rights

Because we don't hold personal data on our servers, there's generally nothing there to access, export, or delete on request. For data Google collects on our behalf (Play Billing, AdMob), you can exercise your rights directly through your Google Account privacy settings. Children's privacy

Alert Beaver is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

All communication between the app and our verification server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
